Big Brand Love: Erin's Faces

I've never met a Texan I didn't like. Seriously. Maybe it's because I'm Southern and I just admire how they take Southern to a whole new level. Bigger, obviously, is their thing. So, when I heard about the Erin's Faces line, I was immediately drawn in by Erin herself. She knew being put together wasn't optional, yet also found the value in not using crazy, chemically laden products to achieve it. Her message is self-worth, making yourself a priority and she created a line catered to doing so. From makeup to skin care to brushes to bug spray, it's a comprehensive line full of gorgeous products, wholesome ingredients and definite playfulness. You've got to love when someone is serious about their mission, but doesn't take it too seriously.

Rose Quench Serum

If you're looking for an added boost of gentle moisture and glow, this is a phenomenal product. I say that because it's super lightweight in texture, but not skimpy in results. Packed full of Hyaluronic Acid, DMAE, Vitamins B5, E & C and a whole other list of organic goodies, it helps boost skins hydration, protects if from environmental stressors, yet soothes any inflammation. I love using this on days I feel extra dry, any time I get out of the water, and after a hot gym session when my pores are open and waiting for this mini spa moment. It makes my skin feel so calm and smooth while amping up the hydration factor. It would also be a great simple moisturizer for those with oily skin or who live in very humid environments when everything else just slips off.

Sheer Lipstick in Tea Rose

I've been LOVING all of the new sheer lipsticks lately, and this is one of the best. Not only are they chic looking, but they feel like luxury on your lips. Comprised of Avocado, Jojoba, Rose, Soybean, and Roman Chamomille Oils, this little darling conditions while providing a beautiful sheen, wash of pinky-brown color and protects my lips with SPF. And the best thing is, it doesn't taste like nasty SPF. Tea Rose is literally perfection (and last I checked it was ON SALE!)

Bug Spray

It may be fall, but here in Northern California our weather pretty much stays the same, if not getting a bit warmer. That means our little bug friends linger, which is fine and all, just not on or directly around me. This spray (technically its titled Mosquito Repellent, but it works on any nature of bugs) is actually refreshing. With the power of Eucalyptus, Citronella, Lemongrass and Witch Hazel, it will keep you bite free. It's safe for everyone, including babies (over 6 months) and expecting Mommies. You just spritz it liberally on and around you and voila! The best part is no DEET, which is an extremely harmful chemical. Oh, and you'll pretty much be the hit of any outdoor party or event, a) because you smell so nice, and b) they probably want to use it. Sharing is caring!

So my take after trying this trio of items is that each one is delightful, effective and really just a joy to use! Up next on my list, that Pumpkin Enzyme Mask, Chocolate Sugar Scrub and maybe some travel brushes for my European adventure! I'll be back to share!
